Our Veterinary Rehabilitation Centre of North Durham, located at Uxbridge Veterinary Hospital, provides rehabilitation, laser therapy, weight management and fitness conditioning to existing and new clients. We welcome and encourage referrals to our Rehabilitation Centre—you do not have to be an existing client, nor do you have to transfer to us as your primary veterinarian. We look forward to supporting your pet with their rehabilitation needs!

Meet Our Therapist Vanessa Dubeau, CCRP

What is a CCRP? Vanessa is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner from the University of Tennessee. In addition, she is also a Certified Canine Osteoarthritis Case Manager (U of Tenn.). Vanessa has a big soft spot for senior Patients with mobility concerns.

Vanessa’s career began in human physiotherapy and occupational therapy in 2012 but her ultimate goal was to work with pets. She joined UVH in 2019 specializing in Laser Therapy. And, in May 2023 Vanessa expanded her role as full-time therapist at the VRCND.

Vanessa is the proud owner of two “Frenchies” (French Bulldogs) named Bryson and Zuki.
